The Kyle Clancy College Camps/Clinics is a subset of Hudson Valley Soccer Camps that will feature camps and clinics run exclusively by SUNY New Paltz Head Men's Soccer Coach Kyle Clancy. We will provide opportunities throughout the year for youth development as well as college identification days. Specific camps and clinics will also include assistance from the SUNY New Paltz Men's Soccer assistant coaching staff.
The youth camps are designed to develop, teach and grow youth soccer players in the Hudson Valley. Our program creates an environment that fosters growth through repetition, inspiring creativity on and off the ball in a fun and competitive atmosphere. These camps are a great opportunity for those that are just learning the game as well as those with experience as we balance teaching different techniques and tactics along with fun activities and games.
The college identification days will give student-athletes 9th grade and up an introduction to college-level sessions and an opportunity to work with a successful Division 3 college coaching staff. Throughout the clinic, players will be challenged through technical drills, rondos and small-sided games with a chance to finish in an 8v8 or 11v11 format.
